Your Privacy Choices

Essential cookies keep your basket, sign-in and shopping preferences working. Optional analytics and advertising or email browser tracking stay off everywhere until you give permission. You can choose each category below or reject all.

What these choices cover

Where configured, PostHog provides optional site analytics. Meta provides advertising measurement, and Klaviyo provides advertising or email browser tracking such as product browsing activity. Each loads only after an affirmative choice for its category. Our Global Privacy Control setting turns both optional categories off, even if you previously allowed them.

We do not sell personal information for money. Transfers to advertising partners for cross-context advertising may still count as a “sale”, “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under some US state laws. Rejecting advertising and email browser tracking prevents the optional browser transfers controlled here.

Order processing and service messages, such as payment or shipping updates, continue as needed to provide your purchase. An email subscription is a separate choice; allowing browser tracking does not subscribe you to marketing emails. The Privacy Policy explains our service providers and other processing.

Account data and records already collected

These controls are scoped to this browser and device. Withdrawal stops further optional browser tracking and clears known local tracking identifiers. It does not automatically erase information already collected, account records, or copies held by service providers. To request access, deletion or another privacy right, contact alex@cruxchristi.com. Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email to change that subscription.

Where you are

Your rights in the United States

Depending on your residence, our activities and the law's scope, your state’s consumer privacy law, where it has one may give you the rights below. This location estimate does not determine legal coverage. Everyone can use our optional-tracking controls.

  • Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete it
  • Ask for it in a portable format, or sent to another provider
  • Opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising
  • Be treated no differently for exercising any of these
  • Appeal, in writing, if we refuse, and we must answer

How long we take. We answer within 45 days. Where the law allows it and a request is genuinely complex, we may extend that once by a further 45 days, and we will tell you why before the first 45 are up.

How to ask. Email us and say what you want. We will ask you to confirm the address on the order rather than making you create an account: a right you have to sign up for is one we have made harder than the law intends.

Opt out. Use Your Privacy Choices. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control we act on it automatically and you do not need to ask.

If we get it wrong. You can complain to us first, and you can go to your state Attorney General whether or not you do.
